Why can I only create and share charts with a paid account?
I'm working hard to make the best and easiest way to create incredible charts. Having customers is a useful signal to know whether or not I'm building the right thing.
I'd also love to work full-time on contextualize.ai! I could do it with enough customers.
What if I just want to create charts once?
No problem. You can subscribe to a plan, create and share charts and then cancel your subscription. Your charts will still be available after that.
To cancel, click on your profile, "manage subscription" and then "cancel plan".
You will only be billed for one month.
Would you consider adding a free trial?
Yes, I'm working on it.

Is it easy to cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time by clicking your profile, "manage subscription", then "cancel plan".
You will be able to use your account until the end of the billable month, and won't be charged after that.
What is your refund policy?
If you're disappointed with contextualize.ai for any reason, send me an email at murilo@contextualize.ai (feel free to just write "refund please") within 30 days and I'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
